Manager Facilities Management

Our manager will oversee all general facilities responsibilities including personnel, maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment for our health care campus in Aurora, CO, as well as all of our regional offsite clinics and properties.

Job Duties:

Responsible for departmental regulatory compliance, including but not limited to, The Joint Commission (JC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), State and Local authorities having jurisdiction and code compliance.

-Assists with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization

-Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll

-Monitors departmental budgets, departmental contracts and vendor relations

-Coordinates mechanical, electrical, HVAC and electronic systems shut downs, repairs

-Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary

-Supervise landscaping, grounds and snow removal services

-Coordinate with the Planning and Design Department on the implementation of new construction and remodel project

Bachelor’s degree in related field required

5 years of direct experience required

*Facilities Department Staff: 54
