Primary duties are to manage the Emergency Management and Hazardous Material programs and support the Safety and EOC programs. Senior Project Manager

Stationary Operating Engineer
Pueblo, CO
Full time position with varied days & shifts that will assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical plant and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Will also supervise Stationary Operating Engineer trainees. High school graduate or equivalent, Stationary Engineer's "A" license, and experience in plant operations, to include a working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, medical gas systems, fire alarm and signal systems required. Post secondary education in a related field preferred.

Director, Clinical Facilities Planning

This director will function as:
- Clinical planning leader and liaison between the Exempla medical staff, consultant medical planners and architects, Planning and Construction staff, and project sponsors in the capital project development process.
- Content expert, providing planning guidance and best practices for Exempla Healthcare building planning and design standards and guidelines.
- Lead planner, providing guidance and expertise to facilitate project planning approvals and scope and operational/functional design decisions.
- Partner for all departments and their staff to maximize constructive user input during the planning, design, construction, and building activation phases.
- Consultant for facility master planning, including phasing strategies and department relocations.
- Facilitator for all activation planning and implementation of new and remodeled facilities along with transition out of current space.
- Champion for the clinical consulting approach to healthcare architecture.
A bachelor's degree in nursing or health care; clinical training and Colorado licensure as an RN or physician; at least 7 years of experience in a clinical setting; at least 5 years in healthcare planning, design, and construction; at least 5 years of progressive healthcare experience in operations administration; and excellent communication skills are required. A master's degree is preferred.
