Parkview is currently looking for a full time Stationary Operating Engineer.
We have one varied days and shifts position available.
The Stationary Operating Engineer will assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical plant and associated equipment of the facility in good repair as well as supervise Stationary Operating Engineer trainees.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Stationary Engineer’s “A” license, and experience in plant operations to include a working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, medical gas systems, and fire alarm and signal systems.

As part of our Facilities Management Plant Operations & Security team, the selected candidate will operate and maintain boilers and all mechanical equipment relevant to heating, cooling and emergency power supply.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Stationary Engineer License. A minimum of three years of experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of high-pressure steam boilers, chillers, absorbers and other related equipment and be able to assess and respond promptly tp mechanical failures. Ability to interact with medical personnel, outside services and inspectors is necessary.
